Prime Entry makes full use of the rows and columns familiar to the bookkeeper and accountant, using the same format as the handwritten cashbook.The system has unique capabilities, as it stores the data exactly as entered. This allows the bookkeeper to insert, move and correct any entry at any time, and keep the input in a simple, logical, easy-to-follow sequence.

VAT can be dealt with on a both a normal and cash accounting basis, and the system can deal automatically with a switch either way.

There are facilities for automatic posting of standing orders.

All nominal accounts are set by the user.

The system allows information to be analysed further, should it be needed.

There are no limits as to the number of sets of books that can be used within the system, nor the volume of transactions that can be set up.

Data files can easily be transported to other systems.

We have also developed a unique invoicing package that allows the user to:

The software uses 3 specific areas, Customer records, Product/Services records, and Invoice records.  You can drill down from any of these 3 points to find information about the other 2 points, so if you wanted to see what invoices you had sent to a customer or what customers have bought a particular product/service the software design allows you to find this very quickly.
