It would be crazy to think that a top athlete or team would be able to succeed in their chosen sport with out help and guidance from a coach.  In sport, coaches are an absolute essential if a team or individual is to reach the highest levels.  Do you think Tiger woods has a coach, what about Roger Federer, Manchester United and Liverpool Football clubs have been at the top of their game for many years, I think it is safe to say they all have coaches.
