how we work…

Our philosophy is to provide a friendly yet professional service but more importantly try and be inspiring to everyone we meet.  Where possible we will offer a fixed price fee as much of the compliance element of our work is menu driven.  As an example you may require payroll work for 5 staff per week and monthly bookkeeping, with quarterly accounts, each of these items will be priced individually.  In addition you will have a Tax Return, Annual Accounts and Compliance with Companies House, all of which we will quote you in advance, there are no hidden extras.

Different work requires different deadlines, and one of our tasks is to ensure that our clients achieve the deadlines applicable to them.  We have invested and continue to invest in staff training and the latest computer software to help us achieve those goals.

Human nature generally means we all leave things to the last minute, and if your tax return doesn’t have to be in until the end of January what’s the rush?  Not a problem if you have only the one to do…  so we make no excuses for chasing hard and pushing clients into a more efficient approach.

Our work is done in our office but as everything is computerised sometimes our staff work from home.  We also work on site at your premises; this proves invaluable, particularly with one off projects and catch up work.

The one main objective is to always do our best to see every client in person.

Our staff survey showed that as a team we are all keen to work in a happy relaxed environment and we all take great pride in offering a quality service.  We are a people business, and people matter, long before profits and money, but we are also in business to make money.

When the business was formed in 1991, it was all about survival for the founder, but along the way our own vision for the future changes and we are constantly looking to improve.  We intend to grow our business year on year, we will take on new staff and we will expand our offices.  We will create job security for our staff and the business owners.  By creating our own success we will be relaxed and in a stronger position to provide support for clients and staff a like.

Our business can only be successful if we have successful clients.  We look for long term relationships, producing accounts for just one year is not very interesting, we want to see you grow, we want to see if our help and support provides inspiration for you to succeed with your plans, in return we create long lasting repeat income for ourselves – YOU WIN, WE WIN…
