Our aim is to provide our clients with a fixed fee proposal up front before we start the work, with various payment options to help both our cash flow.

If you are a client and you wish to settle your fees with us you can complete a Direct Debit form on line or you can pay directly into our bank account through the Internet banking system, full details appear on the bottom of our invoice, or alternatively send an email info@primeentry.com with a request for our bank details.

The system comes with the usual Direct Debit guarantee as listed below, simply click on the button and you will be directed to the application page, this is a simple online form that requires your bank details which are securely managed by First Capital Cashflow Plc.

Before completing the form, please send us a quick email, we will then send you a unique 12 digit reference number for you to enter on the mandate form.

The Direct Debit Guarantee

You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society. Written confirmation may be required. Please also notify us.

This Guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits.

If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your Direct Debit FCC re: Prime Entry Ltd will notify you 10 working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed. If you request FCC re: Prime Entry Ltd to collect a payment, confirmation of the amount and date will be given to you at the time of the request.

If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit, by FCC re: Prime Entry Ltd or your bank or building society you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society.
-If you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when FCC re: Prime Entry Ltd asks you to.
